Refund policy

Return Window: You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with seals intact, and in its original packaging. > * Note: Due to the nature of our health, wellness, and detox products, we cannot accept returns on items where the safety seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened for hygiene and health reasons.

How to Start a Return: To initiate a return, contact us at omfeelsupport@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
